Our facility collects and stores Used Lubricating Oils. As part of our service-offering at the Chloorkop facility, we also store and deliver Heavy Fuel Oils and Light Fuel Oils. This site has a H:H Waste Management license which was issued by the Department of Environmental Affairs which enables us to receive various recovered oils including Used Lubricating oils.

Mpumalanga

Strategically located, this manufacturing facility produces Heavy Fuel oils for large industrial customers. The site also produces Creosote Wood Preservative for the timber treating industry. Our proprietary VOC scrubbing systems and Water Treatment plant ensure we are environmentally compliant.

KwaZulu-Natal

(Teakwood Road)

This manufacturing facility produces a wide range of Industrial Heating fuels with multiple manufacturing processes tailored to suit our customers specific requirements. In keeping with our high operating standards, this site possesses a H:H Waste Management License from the Department of Environmental Affairs which enables this facility to receive and process various oils. We operate an environmentally compliant site through our VOC scrubbing and odour abatement system and water treatment plant.

Like most of our sites and facilities nationally, our Durban branch is ISO14001 accredited.

Cape Town Harbour

FFS has a tank farm at Eastern Mole in the Cape Town Harbour with a capacity of 33 000m³.

FFS can provide a 24/7 Gasoil and Heavy Fuel Oil bunkering service to ships berthing at Eastern Mole and Tanker Basin. The site operates in accordance with the ISO 14001 standards.

Evander

FFS has a tank farm adjacent to its manufacturing facility in Evander, Mpumalanga.

The tank farm is strategically located close to some of South Africa’s largest industrial manufacturers. It has an installed capacity of 8500 m3 with an approved EIA for an additional 16000m³. The site is ISO 14001 accredited.

Durban Tank Terminals

The facility boasts a total capacity of 65,200 m³ across 16 tanks ranging from 300 m³ to 10,400 m³, supported by 2 import pipelines. It features Berth 8 with a 10m maximum draft and 200m vessel length, alongside Berth 9 offering a 9.3m maximum draft and 200m vessel length, plus Maydon Wharf berths accommodating up to 60,000 dwt. Additionally, there are 5 bays dedicated to truck loading.

Richards Bay Tank Terminals

The facility offers a total capacity of 44,000 m³ across 4 tanks ranging from 4,500 m³ to 15,000 m³, supported by 2 import pipelines. It includes Berth 8 with a 10m maximum draft and 200m vessel length, as well as Berth 9 providing a 9.3m maximum draft and 200m vessel length, plus Maydon Wharf berths handling up to 60,000 dwt.
