- FFS Celebrates 50 Years in Business
- Durban Tank Terminals Phase 1 expansion completed
- Tank Terminals awarded a 25 year concession at FFS Refiners' Cape Town Harbour Tank Farm
- Tank Terminals awarded the tender to operate the Joint Bunkering Terminal at the Port of Richards Bay under a 25-year concession
- Base Oil division closed
2023
- Calulo Investments increases stake to 52%
- Bud Group and Manco2 acquiring the remaining 48%

- Acquired OTGC Terminals in Cape Town & Durban
- Renamed them to FFS Tank Terminals
2018 - 2019
- FFS launches Marine Bunkering division in Cape Town port
- FFS acquires Calulo Marine

2016 - 2017
- FFS Base Oil division launched, manufacturing re-refined base oil
- FFS wins a significant portion of Eskom supply contracts

- Hurter family and Manco1 Exit
- Calulo Investments increases stake to 52%
- Bud Group and Manco2 acquiring the remaining 48%
